Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

I require 24 hour notice before cancellation in order to receive your deposit back. Rescheduling is fine unless done 3 times in a row, after that you will lose the deposit and need to set up a new appointment with a new deposit. If an emergency please give me some clarity and I will do my best to work with you.

Travel & Setup

We bring everything needed, including the massage table, linens, and lotion. Please ensure there is a clean, quiet space with enough room for setup.

Consent Form

Before our massage begins I will require you to feel out a consent form.

Health History and Consultation

Prior to our session we must have a phone call where we can go over your health history so I may look for any contraindications. I reserve the right to decline a service if it is deemed unsafe. Additionally, I will ask you about why you are wanting a massage and what you are looking to get out of it for more clarity and a more focused session.

Professional Boundaries

I provide therapeutic massage only. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client may be banned from future services.

Hygiene

Clients are expected to be freshly showered before the session. I follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including cleaning all equipment between sessions.

Payment

Full payment is due at the end of service. We accept cash and mobile payment apps. Tips are appreciated but not required.

Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing safe and effective massage services.

Right to Refuse or Terminate a Session

Therapists have the right to refuse or end a session immediately if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason. In such cases, full payment will still be required.

Client Verification

New clients may be required to provide a valid ID and complete a short intake form before their first appointment. This helps me ensure a secure working environment for myself.

Emergency Protocol

I carry a phone with GPS tracking and an emergency contact. Appointments and locations are logged with trusted individuals. If necessary, law enforcement will be contacted immediately.
